This policy describes what information the Tiny Chef website collects and how it is used. The short version: we collect almost nothing, and what we do collect, you hand us yourself.

Information we collect

• Contact form. If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you submit. This is used solely to read and reply to your message.
• Launch notifications. If you sign up to be notified at launch, we store the email address you provide and use it only to send that notification.
• Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, request time, pages requested) for security and debugging.

What we don’t do

• No advertising or tracking cookies.
• No third-party analytics scripts.
• We never sell, rent, or trade your information.

Service providers

Contact form submissions are delivered to us as email through Resend, an email delivery service. Your submission (name, email, message) passes through their systems in order to reach our inbox; Resend processes it on our behalf under their own privacy policy.

External links

The site links to external platforms such as Steam, Discord, X, and YouTube. Those services have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover what they collect once you leave our site.

Data retention

Contact messages are kept in our inbox for as long as needed to handle your inquiry. Launch-notification email addresses are kept until the notification is sent or you ask to be removed, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you, correct, or delete any information we hold about you. Send the request through the contact form and we’ll take care of it.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date at the top of the page.
